"Don't worry babies, I'm gonna give you back your DSL speed!"
There were a few articles in the local papers this morning quoting Minister of Communications Masouma Mubarak threatening to end a contract with a local company for not being able to meet deadlines vise a vise the recent regional cable upgrade. The articles claim the internet crisis might last for 3 weeks; however, local ISPs are curently trying to alleviate the speed problem by contracting foreign expertise.
