With all respect, Kuwait needs to hire the best Western consultants to take care of the power needs. Build a uber plant or something! You guys have like 2 million pop. only. Shouldn't be a prob.

What we really need is some men with responsability at important locations in kuwait + some work ethics and professionalism. orders are orders, not some missed up guy saying the usual fraze : how the hell is this guy giving me orders, i will call my uncleor my dad, or my nephew, or etc. and teach him a lesson".
