Official RAMBO Poster, Details

Below is an official poster for the upcoming Rambo sequel - apparently, the film will no longer be called JOHN RAMBO, just merely RAMBO.

The synopsis (from aintitcool.com): "The next chapter finds Rambo recruited by a group of Christian human rights missionaries to protect them against pirates, during a humanitarian aid deliver to the persecuted Karen people of Burma. After some of the missionaries are taken prisoner by sadistic Burmese soldiers, Rambo gets a second impossible job: to assemble a team of mercenaries to rescue the surviving relief workers".

Early word is that the film is ultra-violent, its star and director Sylvester Stallone (fresh from the sleeper hit ROCKY BALBOA) is hoping the MPAA grants an R rating to the film (as opposed to the uncommercial NC-17).

The film is slated for U.S. release January 25th, 2008.

Let's just hope the film passes in Kuwait! Or doesn't get butchered!

As far as I know it wont be released in Kuwait becuase of the violence (HELL WITH KNCC). KNCC is the worst movie company ever.
