Damn it all!
Do u mean the traffic?
A famous author once wrote that you can judge a society but how it treats its criminals. I think you can add that you can judge a society by the manor in which people drive.

people should car pool!
more people should car pool and save us a lot of trouble!
Anyone can buy a car here for 500 KD...that is why a metro or any other major project in Kuwait will be completely ignored by the public.
The alarming influx of people coming into Kuwait (last month 20,000 according to iqamas that were issued), the traffic issue is only going to get worse, much worse. Throw in corruption...hundreds of cases of people "buying" drivers licences etc, its a recipe for disaster.
We are all going to have plenty of time to take snapshots from our cars...
