Declare the Company broke, give us our oil shares, and let everyone go home. All those that already took a little piece by stealing from the Goverment, even if it was a pen get no shares.
It's time to build hospitals, upgrade infrastructure, reform ministries, revitalize the private sector, free up more land etc -- if all that happens we'll be on the right track, but somehow history has proven that is not the case.
