It is refreshing to see a Gulf entity issue a bilingual press release warning its citizens on environmental issues. The UAE is usually top notch at matters concerning public health and safety, whether weather warnings, environmental dangers, food safety, and the like.

There appears to be some mistakes in the matter of temperature-
15 F, 6C, 60C mentioned in Paras 2 and 4 of your leaflet of Hazards to health while driving. Kindly advise the correct figures.

This man cannot convert from Degree Fahrenheit to Celcius. 15 Degree Fahrenheit is -9.44444 Degree Celcius! Moreover, it is more relevant to measure the RATE by which the number gas molecule is increasing. Furthermore, in no way scientist will measure in mg, they will more likely to use ppm/second (or minute or hour, whatever) since the number of the gas molecule in the reaction is NOT a constant. Also, I should point out that in no way people will measure the concentration of the gas in mg per square foot, they will measure this in mg per UNIT VOLUME not AREA. I believe this man think that a car is a two dimensional thing. Personally, I don't believe that a health dept. in Abu Dhabi could possibly make this stupid mistake. Research? From what university? Who conduct the research? The acceptable quantity of toxic depends on the substance, they're not the sam for every toxic substance. Bottom line : HOAX!
