Academy Award nominated actor Robert Downey Jr. (CHAPLIN) will suit up as as billionaire industrialist and inventor Tony Stark in Marvel Entertainment's future blockbuster IRON MAN. The film will begin principal photography in February and is set for a May 2008 release.
Robert Downey Jr. is an unexpected but excellent choice for the role. A talented actor, who has fought in the past against his own personal addiction demons, is a bold choice by Director Jon Favreau (ZATHURA). Downey will be seen next in David Fincher's serial killer drama ZODIAC.

The "Irnoman" just made me remember back in the days "il rajol il 7adede" i dunno if they fall under the same story or the same hero.. looking forward to see "Ironman"
